I have suffered from o.c.d, panic attacks, anxiety and phobias for all of my adult life-I am 42.

My gf can’t even leave the house without suffering. every time we get in the car and start driving somewhere, we have to turn around and come home. I feel real bad for her but at the same time it’s stressful for me.
