			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So. . . can cure panic attacks? The answer is simple: YES! Many people have this misconception that they are struggling with panic attacks forever. This belief comes from their doctors and psychologists who said he does not like panic attacks cure. Health professionals told to learn to live with panic attacks. They teach that &#8220;addressing technique, breathing exercises and prompts you to change your lifestyle to address your concerns. You receive medications to control their panic attacks. Undoubtedly one of their methods, because they are professional medical advice &#8211; its all &#8220;medically proven&#8221;. Do not get me wrong, I do not condemn these health professionals. Some of them are doing excellent work to help people, but the fact remains that are still many people out there would not respond well to their treatment methods and continue to suffer from panic attacks. People need an alternative! There is no need to take medicine forever stuck, or even keep in mind that beliefs are &#8220;incurable.&#8221; panic attacks is incurable. There is still a mental illness. Somewhere along the way, his &#8220;call&#8221; is reversed. There is no reason, even if it is not in danger &#8211; it is the panic! So &#8230; can cure panic attacks? YES! just learn to program a panic alarm, as simple as that! Does that his incurable? Obviously not &#8220;The bottom line is fear. That hard to stop the panic? Fear. The fear of a heart attack during a panic attack. The fear of fainting during a panic attack. The fear that you can actually die from a panic attack. The cure for panic attacks is to stop this irrational fear. His heart pounding, wild and chest hurts, you think it is a heart attack&#8230; but no, this type of cardiac activity is usually reserved for vigorous activity (eg exercise), when it is less visible.&#8217;s supposed to feel this way when your in a panic. &#8220;&#8221; You feel dizzy and weak, you think your going to faint soon&#8230; but not you! This feeling is caused by hyperventilation &#8211; when your breath too fast and having too much oxygen. Having an excess of oxygen in the blood will be an obstacle to its normal flow, your brain automatically restrict blood flow to an equilibrium between the levels of carbon dioxide &#8211; resulting in dizziness. As you can see, all the symptoms you experience is caused by body. You&#8217;re not stuck with an illness &#8220;mysterious.&#8221; Furthermore, your body can not kill and so they have nothing to fear. Panic attack can not kill you. </p>

		<title>I would like to know what causes panic/anxiety attacks and why I have Aspergers Disorder?</title>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have had panic/anxiety attacks since I turned 14 or around 8th grade.  I did have a normal childhood but not as normal as others since I didn&#8217;t have many friends or I didn&#8217;t go to daycare as much and I always asked alot of questions and often got frustrated and angry and had tantrums, I moved to America when I was 7 I was born in Estonia.  I got teased alot in Elementary and Middle school.  Now that I&#8217;m 17 years old I&#8217;ve begun to understand myself more and know myself, I&#8217;ve been through alot in my life, good and bad.  I&#8217;m very shy and its hard for me to communicate/ make friends.  Last year I was in alot of stress and I mean alot, I started having severe panic attacks and I almost felt like dying, thats how bad they were.  I ended up in the hospital, had no idea what was going on.  They gave me alot of medication in the hospital, I got transferred into a mental hospital though, and from there on they discovered I had Aspergers Disorder, I also had Panic/ Anxiety Disorder.  Im much better now</p>
