IF you have an ongoing tightness in the muscle near where yo are sore this could be impacting blood flow and impacting the light handedness
I would go to the Chiropractor and see what they find/say

I have anxiety, and get very severe panic and anxiety attacks. A panic attack can DEFINITELY make you SO sore, because your entire body tenses up during the attack. It may be good to get all other possibilities ruled out, but stress can be pretty damaging to the body. Be careful on the Xanax though, as I was on that when i was younger, and the doctor ended up getting me addicted to it. It is o.k. in small doses, but how do you know if you're stressed enough one day to take it, but not enough on another? You know what I mean? I would definitely try to take up Yoga or something relaxing, and if you are finding that you are ALWAYS stressed, then maybe you need to look into getting something that keeps you a little mellower. I am sure it is just all that you are going through. Things can be rough, trust me, I know as well. Take a deep breath and relax girl:) Congrats on the baby:)
