You should really talk to your doctor about that, but I believe Effexor might be of help if you look into it. I personally take two medications:
For depression, I take Wellbutrin, and for panic attacks/anxiety, I take Lexapro. I don’t have bipolar, but I had a friend who suffered from it. Good luck.
