Anyone scare to be alone at home, including day time also?
Anyone scare to walk to a place where nobody around, including day time? (for example: Car Park, Park, School – when it is school holiday, quiet road, field)
I will feel palpitations, pounding heart, or accelerated heart rate
Trembling or shaking
Shortness of breath
Unsteady
Fear of dying
Heard that Autophobia is the most difficult to treat panic attack because it always happen when no one around you.
