Www. Overcomepanicattacksfast. Com how i overcame panic attacks and how you can too. . .
I tend to suffer scary panic attacks whenever i go a place that is indoors aside from home, e. G. A shopping mall.
As time goes by although, it seems to get worse and it’s getting to the point where i get a panic attack, just by being out anyplace aside from home, before, it was then just places like malls or restaurants.
I don’t know what to do about it, so i was just marveling if you may support me and possibly give me a suggestion on what to do.

The sentiment of death is literally all you think about for the duration of a panic attack, how may this be get over without using medication?
Alright, so i employed to smoke weed alot but i kinda quit for a while to concentrate on other things like school, family etc.
But i feel like getting a quick buzz cause i kinda miss being high and stuff with my friends.
But the problem is that i’ve anxiety, and now and again i get panic attacks when im high.
Im going to go see a phyciatrist and prospects are he’s going to prescribe me xanax for my panic attacks/anxiety.
So my question to you guys is that if i took a xanax (zanex) before i smoked do you think this would relax my high, and probly prevent my panack attacks from starting up?
And have any of you tried this kind of mixture before?
P. S: don’t tell me to come to a halt smoking weed ans etc. Because your wasting your time.
Weed has never done anything bad to me beside the panic attacks that i get even if im sober so if your here triyng to get me to come to a halt smoking you shouldn’t waste your finger strength, thanks.
Okay, i don’t recognise whats up, i’ve tried to talk to my mom when it comes to this, but she just says its bull crap. So, when i am not around friends/people i recognise besides whom i live with for long periods of times(like months) i get started getting really bad anxiety and get panic attacks. Ive noticed that this started after i went through a bad break up with my ex, whom i lost my virginity to, and just alot of crap. So, i looked up panic attacks and they said that from time to time the reason of panic attacks can be lead from break ups, lost of a loved one, ect.
Any counsel?
Do you think this is bull crap, or have you heard of this, or anything?

On august 18 of this year i noticed some ache in the upper left center portion of my back. Whenever i would take a deep breath it would have a painful resistance. That night, i noticed that the ache went around my left side and throughout my chest area. I got frighted thinking that i could just be having a heart attack. After i calmed down, i convinced myself that it was more than likely bad indigestion because i didn’t eat right at all back then. I scarcely ever at breakfast, never at lunch, and then would eat a large supper because i was hungry. And i also drank alot of pepsi then. So the following day, i made myself drink alot of water through the day and i lowered my pepsi intake by rather a bit. Like alot of individuals i was also experiencing alot of stress too. Not only from scaring myself about the possible heart attack, but also finances, work, and we are firstborn time parents. Our son is 9 months old. I began to get heart palpitations alot. In the end, a week later, it got so bad that i went to the er because i thought i was having a heart attack. They did an ekg, x-ray, and blood test and said that all looked okay. They said that i was more than likely having panic attacks with anxiety plus, the recent change in my diet with lowering my caffeine could also be playing a portion in it. A number of days later i followed up with my doctor and she also did an ekg and again, my heart was fine. After that, the heart palpitations stopped. She prescribed xanax for me to take when i thought i necessitated it. I scarcely take it. After my heart palpitations stopped, i noticed a continuous light headed sentiment. Not actually a dizzy sentiment, but light headed, or derealization. I followed up with my doc again after another blood test and the solitary thing she found defective with me is that my cholesterol is high. I am taking 20mg of simvastatin now everyday. I try not to get stressed out about things, and i don’t think i’m low-spirited. My heart, head and thyroid are all okay as stated by my doctor and she doesn’t think i am anemic or dehydrated. She suggested that i get my eyes checked out. I will more than likely go in front and do that merely to be safe. Also, the left portion of the back of my neck shoulder area stays sore alot from my posture and the way i sleep and such. I’ve never been to a chiropractor but thought that could just be the cause of my light headed sentiment. Perhaps my panic attacks tensed up the already sore area of nerves and perhaps my neck is out of alignment or something. I just wanted to see if any individual on here had gone through anything like that and/or if any individual had any suggestions. Thanks beforehand for your assist. . .
I went to a chiropractor last night. He said that my muscular difficultnesses were more than likely not the cause of my lightheadedness. He appeared to think that it could be my inner ear/sinuses. I am in the routine of seeing what my doctor thinks about that because i realized that she didn’t check my ears for the duration of my last visit. I’ll still more than likely get my eyes checked too. Hopefully my lightheaded/dizzy sensations will be from one of these.
